Support groups are where individuals can be themselves. These groups are safe spaces where people share their joys and tears.  Friendships are formed and support is given.

Members of a support group may lead one on one discussions. The larger group provides them with the emotional and social support they need to help others. We aim to create and sustain authentic friendships and  relationships.

Groups meet regularly, mostly one meeting a month. Usually at the home of one of the group members.

Occasionally a group goes out for a meal or for a day out in the country or for a game of bowls – wherever the groups wants to do!

Because we are growing and we invite people to get involved and to shape these meetings into something that people want to belong to.

Please get in touch to join a group or to explore ideas to make good better!
